    Hello,
I am trying to brew a small scale batch Quad using a partial extract method. I have a method right now scaled down to 1 gallon, but I might bring it up to 2.
I figure I should keep it simple so this is my current set up:
Note that I am planing to order from Northern Brewer so that is why I have these particular items here.

Dingemans Aeromatic Malt - .3 lbs
Dingemans Biscuit Malt - .3 lbs
Mutons DME Light - 1.2 lbs
Millards Amber LME - .6 lbs
    Czech Saaz - .2 oz (60 min)
    German Perle - .2 oz (60 min)
    Candi Sugar - 6.5 oz (5 min)
Corn Sugar - 1 oz (Flameout)
3787 Trappist Yeast (half the pack)

I am sort of new to this, this is only my 5th session. I know a few things from researching, so I wanted to compile a more concrete idea before I committed.

So I was planing on steeping the grains at around 153 F for an hour, then getting the wort to a boil and adding the DME and LME. I was gonna let that boil for about an hour and add in the hops as specified above. I have read that I should add the Candi sugar slowly over the fermentation process, so I was wondering if I should do the same with the corn sugar or if I should just leave that for priming. Also, should I get any nutrients to the yeast during fermentation?
I figured I will keep it in primary for about 10 days and the bottle condition it for around 2 months. I know the more time the better but I want to have this up and running for Christmas.

So are there any tips or tricks that I should look into before doing this? Any help would be tremendously appreciated.

Those malts need to be mashed, just "steeping" them for around an hour won't convert the starches, you need to add some base malt as well. How dark is your candy sugar because I don't see anything that is going to make this a quad. What is the point of the oz of corn sugar? You might check out "Brewing Classic Styles" they have an extract recipe for most styles, likely including a quad.
