I'll be visiting this Bristol, CT. brewery for the first time this weekend. I've heard some pretty good things and am looking forward to checking out their offerings. I'm hoping to score some Corn Flakes DIPA, and it better be good since a growler is $5 more than NEBCo's DIPAs and $4 more than what Beer'd charges for it's DIPAs.

Can anybody tell me what other beers to look for, what to expect in terms of lines, or anything else I might want to know about the operation?

Corn Flakes is the most unique IPA I've had in the past year. Definitely worth it. Their other IPA, Lizard's Breath was much less impressive, but still pretty good.

They just released a new beer, Brown Coat ale. Cool name, take off from the actual TV show Firefly. Haven't had it yet, can't comment.

Flights are $7, I think that's very reasonable. Pints are $6.

Nice little "bar" area, then plenty of seating in side room. You can bring in food and they have really good pretzels for sale from a nearby bakery.

There shouldn't be any lines. Might be a few people waiting for beers, but nothing like NEBCo or Beer'd.

When you drive up, it will look weird. Industrial building. Park in the back, then when you go inside, very nice room. Enjoy.
