Anyone seen this yet? This, bcbs and Xocoveza are all on my must-have's this holiday season. Just trying to make it a little easier for myself and anyone else looking.
Is this pretty much all gone? I saw HEB escarpment got it last week, a few other places. Guess I missed my chance... it went quick. Damn
Yeah man, it came in like last tuesday (I was out of town on work) and disappeared just as quick. There might be a couple places holding back, but I've asked fairly extensively and I'm basically giving up.
Yeah, it hit twitter early last week and it was the same story with all the FW releases. Everybody gets their case (6 bottles) and it goes really fast. I didn't really see it until the next day and didn't bother looking. This is where I kind of wish a few places would get more quantity rather than lots of places get 6 bottles and then each place sells out super fast.
I don't even bother with FW BA releases anymore for reasons mentioned above. Too many other BA beers to choose from these days to stress about whether I get X brand.
Last year I got to Sunrise about 30 minutes after they posted their release and it was already gone. Not even going to bother chasing after it when it's that hot.
I'm sure you know this already, but that's probably the single worst place in town to chase something. However, the closest HEB to my work has the good habit of tweeting when they get certain super limited stuff and also when they run out and it's the norm for stuff like FW to run out within an hour. It's kind of comical at this point.
HEB at Oltorf and S. Congress. You have to ask. 1 per. Found that out randomly after asking an employee in the beer section. Good luck!
