that's what the pour sizes are at Barrelworks. i'm guessing the same reasoning for there.. those beers are more limited etc.. like Barrelworks though you can always order more

It'll be interesting to see whether or not the three ounce pour holds for their "rustic" stuff when they get the Venice brew system up and running.

I thought this quote from today's "Farewell to Wookey" press release, looked interesting:

"... “Wookey isn’t dead yet, and neither are the others. They may make curtain calls as special limited releases, or get reimagined into something more fantastical, or both. Our Propagator pilot brewhouse in Venice should be on line soon, and it will not only provide a platform for new R&D beers, but also for bringing back small batches of these Proprietor’s Reserve beers periodically for on-premise enjoyment.”"

This is horrible, I love double jack, I just don't buy it because everytime I see it is 2+ months old, maybe just make less to keep it fresh!

Most of the time it is much more than 2 months old, 2 months is rare, I typically see between 3-6 months.

There better not be, its a distributed beer. While it won't be around for more than a month or 2 it will be available for awhile. If there is aline it will be like 20 people and then people coming throughout the day.

not around for a month or two? HA! The price tag on the anniversary always leads for it to sit on the shelf far longer than any other boxed Firestone beer.

Will we be able to check the website to see what small batch is being poured?

    Can we get growler fills?

Any chance of getting 32 oz fills in the future?
