I loved and still do love a 2015 Helldorado. I wouldn't pay more than 20 for it. I hated the watered down 2016. I wouldn't take that if you gave it to me for free. Same with this years stickee Monkee. Lower alcohol, lower flavor.

In my experience, Firestone Walker stuff is better fresh than with age. I still don't know why I cellar Parabola's, but here I am doing so. I guess I can't drink a case of it within a few months or so.

FW Venice is practically a ghost town. Got a parking spot, waltzed in and grabbed four Weizenbocks, a Huck Yeah, and a Feral Peach. Taproom is relatively empty too

No, not really. Everybody was out chasing BCBS. I was, however, pleasantly surprised to see Huck Yeah and Feral Peach available.

They posted El Gourdo a few days (maybe a week ago). Anybody know off hand if bottles are still there?

Did anyone go to the Bravo release on Saturday? I'm guessing it's safe to assume the shop still has plenty of bottles available....

if it's not Parabola, and even that now, then it won't sell out and they'd be stocked full of it for a while at locations.

I stopped by on Saturday around 1:00PM. No line, no waiting, plenty of bottles available.

Like @Earlycsquid mentioned above, they should have it in the bottle shop for a while.

They also have the Bravo on tap in 3 oz tasters for $3.25 or 6 oz tasters for $6.50. I tried it last week and thought it was fantastic. They often over pour the 6 oz. It seems the price ends up being about the same if you buy the bottle vs drinking it on draft in the restaurant.
