Firestone Walker Barrelworks 2016 Liberations

I did attend the last 4 years and admittedly the beer selection paled in comparison to previous year's like when FW XVIII was released but people pay good money for beer festivals with beers not as good as what was poured this year. None of those festivals give you beers to go the level of FW XX (stellar) so with that in mind I had a good time.

 

I have a buddy heading up to Buellton this weekend. What do they sell at the brewery that may not get widely distributed? Wild/Sour/BBA stuff is what I'm most interested in.

Any locals that can give me a heads up on what he should look out for?

Usually most of the sour releases and the most recent one or two "special" releases. Probably XX, parabola, and Helldorado will be in there. Just ask him to take a pic of the butcher paper on the side of the fridgr with what's in sale, limits, and prices.

Stopped in on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised to find Parabajava. Also, that Feral V was amazing.
