Firestone walker beer fest

The ticket I have remaining has been claimed, but I let the guy know that he would have to get it from me on Friday, so that I'd have extra time to find someone who needs a ticket still.

Called pretty much all the "sports bars" in Paso Robles and no one is showing it...

 

Fiftyfifty just announced they're bringing Eclipse Elijah Craig 12 & 18 as well as their Charlie Brown ale...can't wait!

 

If anyone is interested in a small bottle share on Friday in Paso Robles, please send me a message. Will be opening up a few bottles with friends and can have a few people join us.

Stone will be pouring 10th Anniversary Ruination as their "rare" and Levitation as their "session"

 

The kegs were sent to FW a few weeks ago. I would say no Bad Boy, maybe Hoppy Birthday and Chez. Also keep in mind the breweries were asked to bring 3 1/2 barrels of the session beer and 2 1/2 barrels of rare beer.

 

Was hoping that Revolution was planning to bring BA Baracus, but looks like it will be Dos Osos & Coup D'Etat, according to their FB. Should be interesting regardless...

Paso Has no sports bars. I was pretty sure if Downtown Brew wasn't showing it, then it wouldn't be anywhere.

 

Just found out Alpine might not have sent there beer with the other SD breweries. Lets hope for Bad Boy.

 

Steve didn't have any clue about it and even checked there log for me, said Sean must not have shipped and is probably just taking the kegs with him.

 

That is what I just heard.

 

A bunch of us are at Motel 6. We have something in the works, but nothing set in stone yet. More than likely random rooms from sometime between 6-8pm.

Maybe Alpine will bring Gouden Valley, the new collaboration beer they brewed w/ New Belgium!?! That would be cool.

O'Brien's is tapping it on Friday. From their newsletter: "Alpine and New Belgium collaboration Gouden Valley. The beer was made at Alpine with brettanomyces and it is an homage to Orval, one of Pat, Shawn and Peter's favorite beers."
