My girlfriend and I'll be going, but I'd probably be more interested in a bottle share than trading, as I get down to SD with some frequency.

I'll be there. SHould be the best beer festival of all time. Great price, too. Might bring some trade bait. It's still a long way off.

FYI its Cal Poly's graduation weekend so the area will be inidated with people and thats why hotel costs are high as well. The weather will most likely be perfect. Think layers as its cool in the morning and at night.

Sold out pretty damn fast! Gonna be the best one day fest on the West....or anywhere for that matter.

My wife and I are going. We live 2 hours away, and got a ride to and from the fest. It should be great. We will see if it is better than Stone's. So far, I have not found a better beer fest than Stone's

By the way, I bought 1 ticket back in February, but have since decided the schlep wasn't worth it to me, so assuming I can transfer ownership of the will-call ticket somehow, I'd be willing to sell it for what it cost me (believe with the various fees, it worked out to $69 - there's an easy number to remember ). If anyone's game, let me know.

It should definitely be a lot better than Stone's fest. I went to Stone 13 and it was cool, but found only having ten taste tickets and each booth charging 2 tickets was extremely lame! At least at this one you have unlimited tastes so you can try everything!

Theoretically this sounds like it will be a better fest with unlimited pours, but with there being 3,000+ people being there, I imagine the lines will be crazy and you may only end up getting around 10 pours...

I am going and am highly looking forward to the festival, but in the back of my mind, I am worried about extremely long lines for the beer stations and bathrooms. I just hope Firestone wows me with their management of the festival.

From the Firestone Newsletter - "On June 9, over 3000 of you Firestone Fans will join us here in Paso Robles for a day filled with food, music, fun, and brews from over 40 breweries from all over the world."

Going with two friends and my SO. Anyone staying at the Paso Robles La Quinta? We'd love to get in on a bottle share!

Wow, not only is that a lot of people, but they sold that many tickets so fast. Wow.
I have a feeling it will be run very well... looking forward to it.
