I see you're in AZ, 2012 is still available at multiple locations throughout the valley...If you didn't already know.

2012s can still be found in Philly as well. Can't understand why Parabola flies while everything else Firestone, including anniversary beers, sit around for a bit. But hey, it's fine by me.

I have seen DBA (not sure if it's the same) but always pass as I usually do with all FW beers....
Because for some reason, I have yet to see anything fresh on the shelves near me. Even when new Union Jack and Double Jack arrives on the shelves, they are already out-dated. Apparently, (from what I've gathered in these threads) this is a common problem for people who don't even live this state. So,what gives?

I've had one or two of these recently and enjoyed it more than fresh. A store near me had some stocked recently (still does, actually) and I bought one, assuming it was the 2013. Nice of them to age a bottle for me anyway.

I found a bottle at DeCicco's in Ardsley. It was a '12 and only $17.

Generally wait time until it hits stores is 2 weeks - thats what it was for Parabola. Where i work we received a shipment of 2012 just last month, so that might be why a lot of people are seeing 2012 still - distributors pushing out last years before this years comes in. 2 weeks is standard for most special release beers from all distributors.

I hit Barrelworks on Sunday. They had the four year old Barrel 66, which was the first batch, on tap and it was sublime. Had it next to '12 and '13 and this is clearly a beer that gets better with a few years on it. They also had a blackberry sour stout that knocked my socks off, and thats not usually my kind of thing.

I know for sure Gilbert Convenient Mart (in Gilbert) has some and I think for $15. Can't remember where else and don't want to give you wrong info...

Yea, don't buy old IPAs, but I hope you are buying any of the high ABV barrel aged beers because the older the better with them beauty's!

Drank my last 2012 bottle a few months ago and it was fantastic. I can still find a few places around me that have the 2012's. I think since it was the first releas of it, people didn't know what of make of it. I'm going to pick up a few more for a side by side when this years comes out. Really underrated beer IMO.

At a liquor store near me, they still had like 3 or 4 Sucaba's left from this year. So crazy.
