Has anyone heard of this before, does anyone know anything about it? Its guna be on tap at the Bigwood wood aged beerfest at Brouwers Cafe in Seattle.
My brother lives near and frequents Barrelworks due to his homebrew club and said they are in early stages of producing some sours for bottling and something about 1000lbs of raspberries. He said they will be bottling in 375's similar to RR so I am fearful of the cost. This is all word of mouth so take it as you will but I am pretty sure it is the next logical step for them. edit: I know they make a few onsite only ones but i have not heard of the one you mention there. Maybe it will be a little foreshadowing of what is to come. (Sour Lil Opal is killer)
