Hey Virginia BAs! I will be traveling from Raleigh, NC back home to Pittsburgh this weekend and was wondering where I could stop and pick up some Firestone Walker brews? What is available this time of year? Going past the Richmond area on the way home. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Check out the Total Wines web site for stores on your route. They seem to be good at keeping their online beer inventory lists up-to-date. I was looking for some Stone W00tStout last Saturday and my local TW's inventory listed six bottles in stock and it was correct. For example, my store has FW Union Jack, Reserve Porter, Wookey Jack, and Double Jack currently in stock.
In NOVA (probably the rest of the state as well) we only get Union Jack, Reserve Porter, Wookey Jack, and Double Jack as year rounds, you should be able to find these pretty easily. I beleive we do get most of the limited release stuff (Parabola, Sucaba, Anniversary, Double DBA) but your chances of finding those are slim.
