Firestone Walker Invitational. Too early for excitement?

I am definitely getting excited about this year's...hell, I have been excited since the last call of last year's invitational. I am camping the first night and staying at Motel 6 the second night. Any bottle shares going down at the Motel 6? If anyone is camping, we are doing a bottle share the first night too.

I am curious if anyone who is going has an 07 Old Fitz Eclipse, PVW 1st, 2nd or Party, or JD 09 or any vintage Eclipse(09-2010) they would want to do an IP trade for? IF so please message me, I have an Iced, Coffee Eclipse, Iced BART, Rye Bart, and other stuff for trade. OR I can grab local RR Growlers or whatever as well. Besides the Eclipse, I am also interested in SoCal stuff as well, like Bootleggers, Lightning, Beachwood, etc.

 

I was psyched until yesterday when we got a call that the house we rented had burned down and we no longer have a place to stay. I feel bad for the guy because it he sounded pretty shaken up about it. Silver lining: I remember reading that FWI had a group lot of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express and even though Kayak shows them sold out, if you call and ask about the group there are still a fair amount of rooms available. Looks like it might be time to get on those HI FWI bottle share threads.

If anyone is still looking for rooms I would check it out, though it is fairly pricey for a holiday inn express.

 

My girlfriend and I will be at the Motel 6 as well. Adelaide was sold out.

Incorrect...got rid of that one a few months ago. When I got this one, I stopped using it. Just kept it on cellarhq since it would've taken forever to recreate the cellar and made no difference that it didn't match my BA Avatar.
Didn't even realize there was a bottleshare last Sunday....I was in San Jose out of coincidence and would've loved to have gone....as we left visiting our friends we were there to see, I mentioned to my gf that we should've gone to Original Gravity as I've never been and always wanted to go. I've ran into a BA that works there and would've loved to have shared a beer in his hometown. :-)

Added to Calendar to recur each month...though it falls on my gf's mom's bday/good friend's bday in May. And on my best friend's bday in June. July it falls on July 4th weekend/Sour Sunday at Stone/Friends visiting. August is gf's dad's bday.....soooo...maybe Sept. 1st (though that is also Labor Day weekend and a few friend's bdays surround that Sunday).....:::sighs in disappointment as I LOVE bottleshares:::: :-/
