I believe they have a new batch about to be kegged this week or next week. They have consistent accounts that receive their beer in NYC and Brooklyn. I will be going up there today and will ask them what stores they expect to have it in the near future and will let you know.
If he can make it out to Bay Ridge (the most southern part of Brooklyn - last stop on the R train - he can get some (overpriced) Parabola at $25/bottle (no tax). I would recommend sending him to Other Half in Brooklyn (only a few stops in on the F train - Smith & 9th st stop) and getting some growlers of Hop Showers and Galaxy IPA.
Christ - I've been a bit caught up in non-beer things recently. Had no idea they were located there. I'm one stop away - will be heading there very soon
Damn, 2 or 3 years ago this stuff would sit on the shelves for a couple of months, now only the 1% are getting it !
...and Citra IPA, and All Green Everything. And tasters of everything else. I'm in love. <swoon> Side note - Prospect Heights Beer Works still had Parabola bottles behind the counter as of Friday for $20/bottle.
