Firestone Walker PNC Limited Release

    According to their Facebook, there will be a limited release of PNC on sale tomorrow. I've had this on draft, and it is very complex! I also believe it's the highest ABV beer they've ever brewed at 13+%. It's an Imperial Buckwheat Stout aged in tequila barrels.

    Want to get your hands on some PNC? Well tomorrow is your lucky day! The Visitors Center in Paso Robles and Barrelworks in Buellton will be selling a VERY limited quantity, while supplies last... first come, first serve.. 2 bottle max. per person!

    It was pretty darn tasty but no doubt too sweet for many. Brouwer's & Co. might still have some left in Seattle. Bottleworks went through 40 cases and a keg in a day.

    i definitely wanna try this, what kind of tequila barrels did they use? cant find that info anywhere. im all for the sweet stuff im sure ill enjoy it ! :grinning:

    Did you try toronado? I'm sure it's on draft and possibly have bottles...GO CALL THEM NOW! BEFORE ITS ALL GONE!

    A one off with distribution limited to a half dozen operations. I'd be surprised I there's any still available outside of trade.

    I picked up some from Toronado in SF. Called last night and they have cases. $25 a bottles. Great beer

    I picked up 3 of the last 4 bottles at bottleworks yesterday. I'm currently 3/4 of the way through one bottle. It tastes amazing, but could probably use some more time to mellow out. One of the most unique beers I've tried. I don't know if I'd say it's Parabola good, but still, it's fuckin amazing, get your hands on some if you can.

    Had it last week and it was so good! I like a booze, rich imerial stout. I have one bottle, but hope to get more today, at Toronado SF. It's their anniversary party as well, so I'm going early!
