In south Jersey (Camden County and maybe Burlington) it is Conrad, though there seems to be some sort of weird agreement where Ritchie and Page get it and then sell it to Conrad in Burlington. Anyway, several beer managers I know say you are looking at mid-March, most likely, but express frustration that, with FW, they really never know when it is coming in NJ.

Nope, I went to several shops in Northern NJ for Sucaba. Told it was sold out already in most but managed to buy last bottle in one shop. Did stock up on Lost Abbey beer and cheaper NJ gas which made me feel better about the high tolls on the way back home.

Any idea what shops are getting it?

I know several people who run bottle shops in the Morris hunterdon areas and they have not gotten it yet.

Yea that's the same I had heard. I would surprised if I missed it because I would be lying if I said I wasn't looking.

Total Wine should be getting it in Hampton Roads. One of the managers there told me 2/17 a couple weeks ago as well. I'm sure Grape and Gourmet in VA Beach will also get some but they willl get snagged with Facebook holds in about 10 seconds.

When FW17 came in, they didn't even post it to FB. I doubt it even made it past the staff and a few choice regulars.

This is true FSW is notoriously hard to predict. I'm in the princeton area and my local shops all got it last week.

It is frustrating because everyone gets it before our area and I wait for it, but then you never know when/if it's going to come.

You know who gets it after you and also doesn't know when it's coming?

Looks like it came and went here too in Atlantic county. My normal shop only got a case (6 bottles). Will try their other shop to see if beer manager put some away. Next FW on the radar to see if we get it here....Parabola.

Just put down a Velvet Merkin last night (have 2 or 3 more bottles that I'll be aging). Curious as to how the Stickee Monkee compares to it.

Is there an upside down truck in a ditch somewhere with cases of Sucaba? Saw plenty of Parabola in MD. It's a little weird that showed up before Sucaba.

Stickee Monkee is an English Barlewyine, so completely different than Merkin. It's absolutely amazing by the way, so excited they put it in bottles.

Sucaba has come and gone in NY already. Check earlier posts. Still waiting for Parabola this year.
