It's actually been re-classified as a Quad... by FW and now here on the website... not that it matters that much... it's a great beer!

This is a BS excuse. They aren't a small brewery by any means. Sure they anticipated the want for this beer ahead of time so I can see that. But saying they're a, "lil' ol brewery" is horse pucky. The fact of the matter is that they didn't anticipate the demand for this beer last year or they did & that's why they went from 12 bottle cases to 6 bottle cases.

Either which way, this response is a brush off at best. They pretty much said, thanks for wanting our beer. Too bad you can't have it.

Did you really just ask for a Standard Operating Procedure for a beer trade? Who's going to sign off on your competencies/run QA on your methods and then validate your methods XD

Sucaba came and went in Texas. (Possibly posted earlier, but there was a ton on of soy sauce reduction to the Sucaba this year).
    Looking for the Parabola still.

I am curious what folks paid for there Sucaba...we charged $14.99/btl., but it seems that some gouging is going on, because I have seen posts where buyers have seen it for twice that.

That is retail and almost every place I've seen it is that price. Some places tack on a dollar or 2. The most I've seen any of their releases besides Anniversary is $19.99

If the California stores still have this on the shelf, anyone want to proxy for me a few bottles?

Managed to snag one in Maryland today. I was quite surprised as I thought it had come and gone.

I second that where. I spoke to the owner of Perfect Pour a couple weeks back and he said they could not get Sucaba because it is not an offered package (I think that is the right word) for MD from FW. He said that is the same reason they don't get Pale 31 and Sitckee Monkey.

I believe Fishpaws is out at this point but that is where I got the Sucaba. Was able to get a Stickee Monkee at Lighthouse Liquors in Canton but had to ask for it because it was not on display.

I snagged a Sucaba at Honeygo Liquors in Perry Hall. Not sure if they have any left though...
