Firestone Walker Wookey Jack

    Have a Wookey Jack from February. Was stored in the fridge until about a month ago. It has been in my kitchen cabinet since then. Still ok? I just read on their site that they don't pasteurize and you should enjoy their stuff within 120 days.

    No. It becomes radioactive after 180 days. Discard carefully... by placing in a bottle shipper addressed to me

    Yes, fine to drink and probably a lot better than a lot of people 'round here might expect.
