I just started having some Firestone beers this year, and I have been more than Impressed. Union Jack and Double Jack were unreal. Pale 31 was great and so was Solace, Velvet Merlin. I have not even had Parabola, Abacus, Wookey Jack or their Anniversary beers yet, but will have Parabola in about a week.

    I'm very excited.

Up next in the fridge is Double Barrel Ale.

They are one of my favorite breweries. Their every day lineup is great, and their special releases are some of the best out their. Definitely pick up their anniversary brew. It may seem pricey, but trust me, it is worth every penny.

I'm still waiting on the second wave of Parabola to reach here and I'm as excited as you. Wow is an understatement.

To me, Firestone Walker is the best. I like the fact that they have some super blow me away type of beers (Parabola, Abacus, Anniversary), but their normal offerings are spledid as well. Double Jack is among the best DIPAs, and the fact that I can get Pale 31(the best APA I've tried so far) for $9 a sixer is just unreal.

one of the reasons i like FW so much is their regular offerings, while they dont draw as much attention, are just as solid as some of their barrel aged beers. union and double jack are one of the best single and double IPA combos from the same brewery out there, and i'm also a fan of velvet merkin and the pale ale.

parabola, abacus and the anny beers are all fantastic as well, albeit quite expensive.

Firestone Walker makes some great beers. They. Have earned my respect and I will try any of the beers that I come across. It is remarkable to me that Abacus is still on the shelf around here.

Love Union Jack and Double Jack. Really want to try Pale 31, but haven't come across it here in the DC area.

Sounds like you have yet to experience the best FW has to offer. And I have a feeling they're just getting started.

This is easily my favourite 6-pack ever-I like it even better than Parabola and Abacus. Just a phenomenal beer.
