HA! If it's anything like the Velvet Merkin release I wouldn't hold my breath

 

The boxed FW releases usually come to us New Englanders like about 2-3 months after everywhere else.

 

Add an additional month for south of Boston.

 

We got an assload of 14 and 15, then shockingly little 16. So who knows what to expect for 17. But it was released a month ago, so it should drop any time in the next few weeks. (or more, as FW is known to do in MA)

As said above, don't hold your breath...

 

I just found a box of XVI last week while BCBS hunting...had not seen the Silver long box before. Seems like there is a somewhat wide distribution of FW but very few to everyone.

Urban Hops, craft beer arm of The Urban Grape in South End and Chestnut Hill, just tweeted that they got some in their delivery today.

 

And they're all gone already.

 

Come and gone already way out west at Kelly's (Dalton) and Spirited (Lenox).

 

It's probably hitting all of Boston on normal delivery trucks then, so just keep your eyes peeled.

I got one today at CBC Belmont. I called when I saw it on FB. I'd imagine you'll see a few places get them this week if you follow closely to social media
