Fireworks+beer=mantastic

    Hey guys,

    a buddy and I are getting ready for the annual Minnesota/Wisconsin border crossing for illegal fireworks. We usually make the trek from the cities to Baldwin, WI. Are there any breweries on either side of the border worth hitting, or failing that can anyone recommend a good WI liquor store for stuff I can't find in MN?

    We start just NE of the cities, so I'd be willing to go elsewhere to get fireworks and make beer the priority.

    I had a good time at Oliphant Brewing in Somerset, might be worth a stop.

    I second the Nova...Prescott is a better city for Fireworks though.

    Thanks for the replies.

    We hit Town Hall brewery and Stub and Herbs in the cities. In Hudson we visited Pitchfork brewing, American Sky brewing, and Casanova. Came home with some growlers, and even got to have Dogfish head 90 minute for the first time.
