Has anyone used these. It's pretty much a saddle that keeps your firkin at temp. http://www.beveragefactory.com/draf...-keg-accessories/saddle-plain-for-firkin.html I'm short on room in my taproom and I am seriously contemplating this. Any other options for keeping a firkin in the 50-55 degree range that doesn't include a fridge.

Honestly we have used plastic totes and replenish it with ice every few hours and it works pretty well for multiple day festivals, cheap and easy how long are you keeping a firkin on?
We use these reusable gel filled cooling blankets with one of these insulated jackets on top of that. Put the firkin in your walk-in overnight if it doesn't kick, then pull it out and put a fresh cooling blanket on it each morning. Also, this autotilt stillage rack is friggin awesome, and well worth the $200.
