If the improv. bar at the scouts counts, Stella back when I was 14 or so.
Started drinking at 11, only hard liquor. I know that, that sounds weird.
No ID, this was Belgium 10 years ago, things have changed a bit since but not that much.
Actual bar, probably Duvel was my first one but not sure about that one. Probably back when I was 16.

Mine was probably Honey Brown, but the first legit beer I got at a bar was Stone IPA.

That's the one. It was awhile ago so I didn't remember the spelling. I do miss it. Not sure if it's true or not but according to my friend's cousins who we visited out there it is supposed to be marketed as the manly man's beer over there. I thought it was funny because over here I drink beers that aren't considered manly.

1st legit was a 32-oz Miller Lite at Happy Hour in a frozen mug when I lived in AZ. $1 IIRC. Man I was cool.

Have no idea what my first beer at a bar was but my first "craft" beer was a Newcastle. Haven't had one in 10 years so it might be nice to take a trip down memory lane and pick one up this weekend.

Along this line I am thinking Bass Ale in the early 90's. Used to think Bass was the coolest back then!

Probably a Miller Lite or something shitty like that. My @ss was already drunk when I strolled in to a bar for my 21st.

Mine was an Alaskan IPA at the Inlet View bar in Ninilchik, Alaska at 16 years old. My first time in a bar also produced my first bar fight...talk about a crash course in summertime fishing.

First beer in a bar was Guinness. Followed by some great Miller Lite...

Well it plays on the stereotype of northern Sweden being laid back and uncomplicated.

I think I wanted to get something fancy, so it was probably Guinness.

Probably Busch. While I don't remember when it was, or where I was, I do know that I was having a rockin' time!

Can't help but feel kind of sorry for some of the responses I'm reading here.

It was a Molson in Montreal back when I was 19.

Then 21 in American it was Guinness as a part of an Irish car bomb, followed by a Miller Light...I wasn't paying so I didn't care much.
