    There is something about seeing a 600 bbl fermenter hoisted up like a child's plaything to put life in perspective. Check out these sped-up shots of our first fermenter being installed in the cellar expansion.

    Wow, that is a massive fermenter. How do you even make the floor strong enough to support something like that??? At 600 barrels, full, I think that thing would be close to 80 tons!
