First serious WTF moment with UPS

I almost always use FedEx (only use UPS if I can go through work to save money).
I always place at least $100 insurance on the package (up to $100 dollars is free).
I try to use FedEx/UPS boxes.

I figure if I use their boxes and insure the package, it should significantly decrease the odds of having a driver fuck up my box - or get nosy/sticky fingered and take the beer.

I've never had a problem yet...knock on wood (except the fucked up delivery to Johnny last week - which was found).
Also, make sure there's a phone number on the receivers address - the neighbor lady called Johnny.

And I'm sure glad you eventually got your beer Johnny
