Splitting one wort between two fermenters
    1. When I do finally make 12 gal of wort, will the 15 minute settling of wort before I transfer to the first fermenter (ball valve at bottom of kettle) cause the wort to be significantly higher in gravity than the second half going to the other fermenter or not enough to be concerned?

Splitting finished beer between two kegs
    2. I purchased a 60L speidel fermenter. When I do ferment 12 gallons to be split between 2 kegs, will the beer (that has been fermenting for 2-4 weeks) that I transfer to the first keg (ball valve at bottom of fermenter) be significantly higher/lower in alcohol (or otherwise significantly different) than what goes into the second keg or not enough to be concerned?

    1) Gravity should be no different.

    2) Alcohol should be no different. Though depending on how much stuff has/hasn't settled out of suspension, clarity could be a little different at first.

Thanks for the quick response. I haven't read anyone have these issues but I'm ready to double my production and just wanted to have ducks in a row.
