First time bottleing

    So pretty sure I got some sterarilized water in with my beer when I was syphoning from my 1 gallon glass jug into my pot with honey and water. Is that bad?? Obviously, I would have preferred that not have happened, but I didnt ruin my batch, did I?

    Nope. You could have made it a bit lighter depending on how much, but your beer will be fine.
