What temperature do you whirlpool (aroma steep) your hops for? I have read anything from 200 down to 150 degrees. And for around 30 min?
    thanks!

It depends on the beer. Some have a dose after flame out and 45 minutes. You can also do multiple additions, some at flameout, some at 175, which I just did. One guy I know adds at 120F to preserve aroma from the hops.

180F for 30 mins works for me.

If you just want to add more hop aroma and flavor, then you want it to be below 180F - the point where bittering acids don't isomerize easily.

I chill down to 170 add hops and let sit for one minute then finish chilling and I have gotten great results. But at 170 the essential oils of the hops are not boiled off.

After reading a 2013 BYO article about essential hop oils and temperatures...have since gone from 180°F to 160°F for 10".

Using a longer rest is seen as being more better but my brew day is already long enough so 10" it is.

The AA give bittering. Flavor and aroma come from the essential oils. Lower temperature will flash off less of those volatile oils, leaving more in the beer. Some of the essential oils have flash points under 100F, which is why some of the aromas are only had by dry hopping.
