Conducting my first trade today and have to say I was more excited about the whole packaging part than I thought I would be. Threw in a couple extra beer surprises as well.

Is this how all you felt on your first trade?

Hopefully it all goes well, off to Fedex here soon.

Wow, that was quick! (Considering you just joined the site a week ago) Good luck!

Being zealous about packaging and sending extras is a good start. Good luck.

I get excited every time I pack up a box. For me, the fun of trading is that moment of opening the box (on my end) or my trade partner opening the box on theirs. I'm like a kid at Christmas with this stuff. Personally, I actually like sending more than receiving - feels good to lay something good on someone, especially when its unexpected.

    Enjoy!

My first trade was a bunch of RR and drakes for FFF and I thought I was flexing until that seasoned trader dropped like 2x the agreed upon trade on me as extras and prolapsed my pink sock

Even though I had never traded before I had a seasoned BA agreed to send first, then he sent me twice what the agreed upon amount of beer was. He turned me on to Clown Shoes and Surly. Also sent me a delicious local ipa and gave me good tips on shipping procedures. I was nervous I wouldn't be able to send back good enough beers or anything he hadn't tried before but it all worked out!
