I just worked up a recipe for an American Brown Ale, my wife's favorite style. Actually brewing tomorrow (last day of May). Anyone else got brewing plans?

Brewing while building a new deck. Going to call it Red Deck Chair. A session type (sub 1.045) American amber. One small bittering charge with a big FO addition of Galaxy, Citra, Crystal and Cascade. Hoping to turn it around to enjoy in 3 weeks on my new deck in my red adirondack chair.

Gotta bottle a batch and brew a batch. Got a way overdue elderberry wheat that's getting done sometime this weekend. The starter's been stepped up twice now, mostly due to procrastination. I think I have more than enough yeast. No dry yeast this weekend, it's time to brew the "summer" beer.

Also gotta bottle a batch. Honestly, I've had a few tonight and I can't even remember which batch needs bottling. That's why we label the fermenting buckets. :sunglasses:

Looked at a seemingly perfect, HB award winning IPA recipe and then twisted the hops up a notch or two. Summer is coming, time to get your hop on. Doing that Saturday.

Moving into a new house on the 15th of June, guess what kind of trees (in addition to grapefruit, orange, avocado and lemon) we have in the yard? Starts with E ends with y.

    Busy brew weekend for me.

Bottling an Apple Ale that I'm not too sold on yet, first time I've said that about something I've brewed.

Also, bottle conditioning will be done for my Elvis' Special: Peanut Butter Banana Porter. Time to throw a couple in the fridge, and let them chill a bit. This one tasted pretty awesome going into the bottles, I hope it maintains that.

Brewing an Orange Vanilla Cream Ale this weekend, as well.

Saison Sunday is the current plan. Need to get a starter of WY 3726 going today. Nelson single hop or maybe Nelson/Motueka.

Brewing a Citra single hop IPA 2 gallon experimental batch with fresh orange zest. Debating whether to try and steep the rinds. Want this brew to resemble a tangerine when in the snifter but don't want to create an orange bomb. Initial thought is the Citra will handle this without the fruit.
    Cheers!
