same here, i'm the cook in the house and i'll usually open something on the lighter side to have while cooking then open another one once the kid is down for the night.

No set time, but usually not before 11am on days off. If my wife and I are enjoying our time cooking together we may start as early as 10am. Always food or water with it so we can enjoy more beer and wine. Don't enjoy getting drunk anymore.

Weekdays - after dinner. Weekends - after lunch. Vacations - whenever, a coffee stout with breakfast is fine.

Coffee til noon. Then beer after. Not that I'm watching the clock, but that's when I don't feel guilty about it.

I generally respect the five o-clock rule, but sometimes I'll have a lunch beer. Mostly that happens either if I go out for lunch, or if I'm home on the weekend and have a keg on tap, at which point I'll often have an 8oz glass with lunch. Drinking in the AM has never really appealed to me, but I'm willing to call 11 AM "lunch time" if it's a special occasion.

During the week I don't get home until about 5:30 - 6-ish...on off days, depending on when I wake up and what time I hit the gym, the first one can go downrange as early as 11:00AM

I've been trying to cut down my drinking from 2-3 beers per night to only 2-3 days out of the week. Usually the weekend, and of course holidays.

I don't wait until a perticular time so to speak. I mean I can't drink a few hours before work but if there's a good stout I'll have it in the morning. Whenever it seems like a good fit!

I never really understood the "no drinking before noon" or "5 o'clock somewhere" things. It's not as if we're gremlins and going to multiply by enjoying an alcoholic beverage.

I certainly couldn't dona stiff ipa first thing in the morning though, for sure.

Friday - Sometimes 4:00 if I am done with work. If not it could be 8 or 9.
Sat - 2-3:00ish during ski season, 5:00 if not skiing.
Sunday - Sometimes 10:00 (Tailgating) but usually 2-3:00ish.
    M-Th - If at all after 7

Vacation all bets are off but usually wait until after 12:00.

I tend to like my brews in the afternoon between 12-5. I don't like to drink before bed, it gives me a few hours to burn off those beer calories, and it tends to be light outside still. All 3 of those factor into my prime drinking time. I don't get home from work until 2:30, so I have a pretty small window during the week.
