Five on Five: Lager Recs from the Pros

seriously: there is weight to pros' opinions and to lists' opinions. just because you find some types of beers mighty impressive doesn't mean you don't find other types impressive, too. unknowns can be just as exciting (or not) as knowns.

i used to think i knew a good amount about what it meant to produce great beer. then i went pro.... in short, i had no idea. and im still learning (and realizing how much more there is to know). take that fwiw i suppose.
