Fixes/Updates: Hads & Reviews

Evening BAs -

Just a few screw tightening items you should know about ...

Fixed:

• Issue with Internet Explorer (IE) not displaying user ratings correctly on beer pages.
• Top reviewers weren't displaying properly. Code is in place and it'll start working again once user stats are updated.

Updated:

• If a beer only has Hads (quick ratings, no Full Reviews), the view temporarily shows Hads.
• If you click a link that takes you directly to a user's Had for a beer, the view temporarily shows Hads.
• Re-added the Edit or Re-Review toggle for Beer & Place reviews. Edit simply updates your review, while a Re-Review updates the date/time too.
• If you go back to do a Full Review on a previous Had, essentially overwriting the Had, it'll now default to the Re-Review toggle thus giving you the option to update the date/time; simply click Edit if you don't want to.
