With Flanders Red Ales, how are they carbonated? I know they're a blend of young and old beer like with gueuze, but I can't find anything on if it's carbonated by the fermentable sugars found in the young beer or if anything is added at bottling. Thanks!
okay thanks. Anyone know for certain? I've read Duchesse De Bourgogne is forced carbonated but I can't find anything on say, Rodenbach.
