With Flanders Red Ales, how are they carbonated? I know they're a blend of young and old beer like with gueuze, but I can't find anything on if it's carbonated by the fermentable sugars found in the young beer or if anything is added at bottling.

    Thanks!

I think they are traditionally refermented in the bottle. But I could be wrong.

    okay thanks.

Anyone know for certain? I've read Duchesse De Bourgogne is forced carbonated but I can't find anything on say, Rodenbach.
