I've noticed this a few times lately, and have been kind of intrigued by it. I'll be drinking one (or more) different beers and when I try another beer (that I've had many times before) I notice a flavor that I've never noticed before. Two examples: Someone left some Breckenridge Vanilla Porter at my house a few months ago (I am not really a fan of this beer) and I decided to pop one after having a few others. I got a distinct butterscotch flavor that I've never noticed before in that beer. Also, I tried a Sixpoint Resin after a few other IPA's and I tasted fish in it. Now when I drink those two beers I can definitely pick up on those flavors. Anyone have any other examples of stuff like this?

I was drinking a few IPAs over the weekend, and then I had a Budweiser. I seemed to pick up some banana like flavors from the Bud, it was kind of strange. I'm not really sure what caused it.
