Where do they come from? Had a six pack left of Flower Power that had a December notch that had a lot what looked like beer dandruff. I didn't remember seeing this before the last six pack sat for a few weeks. Bought a new case that has a February notch and no dandruff.

I believe the proteins coagulate over time. I'm sure there's more, but I'm not that educated in it.

    great link jmdrpi, thanks.

I just finished a "best by" nov Flower Power and a jan Flower Power back to back. Both had floaties. both were tasty.

I had starting noticing the "floaties" near the bottom and the hazy look after they were in my super cold fridge for a few days. Didn't ever mind them, because they werent on the level of an unfiltered wheat beer or anything, but maybe I shouold nudge my fridge temp up a bit.

    Strange, yet interesting.

When the last Stone Enjoy By was released, I took home one of the new batch (12.13.13?) and one of the last months (11.12.13?), the November batch had been in the cooler since we received it and it was VERY hazy while the December was crystal clear. Now I know why, very cool read.
