We had Altar the other night and it was phenomenal. What was interesting is I had it alongside Luminous 04 from Great Notion. Like opposite ends of the spectrum of beer but both enjoyable for different reasons. I'd take the love letter to hops that Altar is over Luminous any day though.
Was gonna ask the same last night... seems pretty fuggin' lame, and arbitrary. Why not just have a singular thread per brewery? Definitely makes searching and browsing wonky to split threads up like that. In other news, I had Altar, Superior Stabat Lupus, and batch 2 of Protection Spells over the weekend — all wonderful, tho Altar prolly wins best-in-show for me. Reminiscent of dry-hopped Arthur, and therefore, #baller.
