So I just received two bottles of Flower Power in a BIF (literally received them today). I was super excited as I've never had this beer before. However, after looking at the best before date, the punch out is basically on the line between January and February. Any chance that this is referring to January/February of 14? As much as I doubt it, I'd really hate to think that I received expired IPA's in a BIF.

Edit - After trying this, unless it's usually is this bad, this beer is definitely past it's best by date.

The notch is 4 months out from the bottling date, sorry to say you got some past its prime (as you found out when you opened it)- but at least you will know what to look out for in the future.

Flower Power falls off a cliff after a certain point; It's definitely expired. I'm kinda tapped at the moment, but I'll be able to get you some next time it comes in fresh, if you're still looking to try some.

Sounds good, feel free to hit me up when the next batch comes around and we'll work something out.
