These just showed up on the The Bruery Society allocations. These beer have a disclaimer that they must be enjoyed by June 30th. They state the beer may have Lacto causing them to sour. Tgey will not be issuing refunds for this beer for this reason. Any thoughts on this one?

Drink it before the end of June or it may sour. That would be my thought.

They actually advise that you store them in the refrigerator (not at cellar temperature) until you're ready to drink them. Keeping the beer at cold temps would make it less likely for the lacto to be able to thrive and sour the beer.

Yes. Buy one of each to try fresh and a three of each to age in your closet or cellar. They will probably be great with a couple years on them.
