I would love for someone to make a fluffernutter imperial porter.

Last years version was extremely fluffy! Delicious as well, for those with the patience to pour it in a glass.

Most highly attenuated sasions are very fluffy. And most of New Glarus lagers

    Weihenstephaner Hefeweiss bier
Creature Comforts Tropicalia has a super soft, "pillowy" mouthfeel to it.

I'm enjoying a Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel right now and I agree with your summation. It's like a tasty malty fluffy party in my mouth.

My WS bro! You can never go wrong with Weihenstephaner. Still, their Dunkel in particular I haven't quite figured out. Don't know how I feel about it, aside from it being amazing like the rest of their brews. But I digress.

It's my first dunkelweizen, but it won't be my last.

I've never had a dunkelweizen so far, but this sounds really good. Might have to look around the imports section of the local beer/wine store the next time I'm not-broke enough to set foot in there and see if I can find some to try.

Live Oak Hefeweizen is one of my faves.

I think the warmer the beer gets, the closer it is to what you're asking
That said what you're looking for is a nice Belgian IPA (any temp) :sunglasses:

The Hop Concept - Lemon & Grassy has a nice, high-carb fluff to it

I don't know if anyone has said it yet, but Ommegang beers are pretty easy to find and usually have a very high carbonation, plus the beers are just fantastic.

Exactly what I was going to say. Sometimes I have a hard time getting anything but foam in the glass.

Tree House Lights On has one of the softest mouthfeels i've ever experienced. And its an APA! Go figure
