    Just saw a FB post that Flying Bike Brewing Co-Op has signed a lease. Over 900 owners. They need a few more bucks to get over their goal. Good luck to them.

    One of my best friends (and SeattleBeerZoo member) is on their board. Hope it works out for them.

    Although, there is a bit of a difference. The Packers have shareholders, just like GM or Boeing. In a Coop, you don't really get a return on your investment, except for maybe a discount.

    Actually, the the Packers are non-profit community owned. Hence the comparison.

    But one still owns a share. One does not own a share of a Co-op. And remember, the NFL itself is a non-profit.
