I've read the articles about them completely pulling out of other states, but I was notified a week or so ago I would only be able to order Snake Dog, Doggie Style, Raging Bitch, and Shock and Awe. Are there any articles I've missed pertaining to them limiting Ky? I currently do all of the ordering for our Micro section at the shop I work at and am extremely disappointed in this, I'm not a huge fan but pretty much all of their beers except the ones we get to keep fly off the shelves.
It might just be Soky. Not sure who your distributer is for FD up there. I bought the remaining cases of Gonzo Monday for my store. There's no more to be had now. :-(
We've been dealing with that in Indiana for the last 2 years. Every now and then something outside of that group will show up, but its pretty rare.
I know Flying Dog started limiting what they would send a few years ago (still missing you, BA Gonzo), but they seemed to have picked back up a touch since then.
We used to get the 750s. Not anymore - or not that I know of in Lexington. Also, I know The Truth is not in national distribution.
Flying dog is pulling everything out of KY except Snake Dog bottles and cans and Doggie style. I see it as a good thing working on the distributor side. The brewery doesn't have much legs, at least in the area I take care of. But I will miss Gonzo though.
