    Dubbels Trippels and Quads are my favorites. I am curious about this one. Flying dog is starting to churning out some new brews as of late

    What did you think of the lager with Cherries? I had it a few times and enjoyed it. Shame they didn't bottle any of it.

    I was lucky to get a growler. I'm not a big lager fan but that was a tasty brew

    I tried to get a growler from the brewery, but they stuck to their guns and wouldn't fill it.

    Did they provide any update on the "temporary" suspension of growler sales? At least according to their website, this was only supposed to be temporary, and they gave the impression they hoped to resolve the problem (whatever it is/was) soon.

    John - I'm not sure what you are referring to. They only denied me a growler fill of the black lager w/ cherries. They did not deny me a refill of anything else last time I was there. That was probably early February though.

    Please do tell what restrictions they have in place. I was planning on stopping in there tomorrow to fill a growler. If they aren't filling growlers, you saved me a trip.

    Just read the blog update on Feb. 29th discussing the temporary suspension. I emailed the brewery to find out. Will let you know...

    Thanks! I was just curious, as I haven't heard anything further about the suspension, and none of the other Baltimore blogs have said anything about it either (and I would have expected them to).

    Every brew by Flying Dog is great IMO.

    The only thing bad with the new dubbel is:
    Look for bottle-conditioned Disobedience Abbey Dubbel on shelves (and also on draft) starting April 1 in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
    Nothing being sent to Philly and/orJersey.

    The response from Flying Dog yesterday stated they are still not doing growler refills. No reason or potential date to begin doing growler fills again was provided.

    I haven't seen this hitting the shelves anywhere. The post from gkatsoris mentioned a release date of April 1st. Guess I just need to be more patient.
