    FYI, i just saw they tapped it at Max's today, if anyone was really anxious to try it. I plan on stopping by on the way home from work tomorrow, but it will depend on what other choices are available whether i'll try it or not.

    Good to know. I probably won't be able to get over there till tomorrow afternoon, but feel fairly confident it will still be around by then.

    I really like this beer, lots of dates and fig notes blended with the maple syrup.

    Shrug. I tried it at Max's and I can't say it really stood our for me. It reminded me of a lot of Belgian brown ales and dubbels I've had over the years, which is a style that isn't one of my favorites. Still a good beer, but given the usual slew of options at Max's, it's probably not going to be a beer I'll order again any time soon.

    Exactly. There's nothing at all wrong with the beer... it's just not my cup of tea.

    My thoughts on it exactly. It was a decent enough and enjoyable beer, but nothing that stood out enough to seek out again. If some one were to offer me one, or it was the best option in a given situation would i drink it again? Absolutely.
