Going to be in Burlington to Stowe area Thursday through Sunday this week. Any info on foams can releases? Do they sell out within the hour or last into the evening? I have my Alchemist and HF plans set up as I’ve been there plenty times. But Foam is new to me (and how is their stuff?). Thanks fellow BAers!

I was up there on Friday 2 weeks back. I strolled in an hour+ after open and had no issue getting cans (Built to Spill and ...Like Clockwork) Pretty calm in the tap room at that time as well. I'm unsure how it is on a regular basis, but I showed okay with missing cans if I didn't have to wait in any line and still came out with cans.

The beers I had in house and to take home were all good to excellent.

Their stuff is delicious but expensive. $5ish dollars more a 4 pack than other local standout breweries like Frost and Burlington Beer Co. I no longer buy their 4 packs for this reason, but to each their own.

agreed, foam’s beer are high quality but with so many good options for much less $$and with no hassle. I can’t justify buying cans to go. It’s a great spot to grab a pint or two.

I'm heading up to Burlington tomorrow, what do you recommend for cans? I wanted to hit up Foam but see they don't have any for sale until Friday at 11:30 and I'm heading to HF early that morning. Beverage Wahrehouse looks good.

The Farmhouse Tap is a nice spot, anything outside the box? I'm staying right down the street.

FYI: Farmhouse is hosting a HF Vintage tap takeover all day/evening on Friday. Archives down the block is doing close to same on Thurs. night.

Burlington beer company, upper pass, and foam are all putting out great stuff. You should be able to find all of them at the beverage warehouse

At Foam now. First time here and what a gorgeous scene for a brewery. Adding this to my VT trips going forward.

I was here for the same Friday release, came in after Hill Farmstead and checking in to my hotel and had no problem getting cans at around 5:30. I asked the bartender if getting cans this late was typical, and he said that Saturday is a guaranteed sellout, but Friday allotments tend to last a little later into the evening, depending on the season. Hope this helps.

Love Built to Spill, as Galaxy is a great hop for this style of beer.
. . . Like Clockwork was interesting, definitely a new-school IPA with old-school hops. Much more bitter than its counterpart but equally interesting. I believe it's Amarillo and Simcoe.

I was there around the same time yesterday. Great spot and really good beer. The fruit that ate itself was my favorite.

Are they having an anniverary party this weekend? Anyone go to the first one? Wondering if it will be packed beyond capacity or able to go in and get pours pretty easily...

I was in Burlington this past Saturday. They released pavement on Friday. I got to the brewery around 1pm and walked out with 2 4pks of pavement about 15 min later. Place was bumping at 1pm, but it was the first nice day out in forever....awesome place and awesome beers!

What's everyone thinking for Saturday cans? How late could I show up at and walk out with everything?

See that there is a can release this Saturday. What are the chances of the cans lasting until Sunday.

I'd say decent. Still cans left today from Saturday although admittedly that's Built to Spill which gets released a lot.
