Foam Brewers (2018)

I’ve been here in Burlington for a few days, and Foam has had cans available on both Sunday and Monday.

 

I am going to be going away Saturday for the can release. Do I need to be there at open or will they last a while?

 

Noise Ordinance and The Shining might draw a slightly larger crowd than normal, but you should be fine if you show up around opening.

 

Looks like I had a typo there. I will be going next weekend when pavement, built to spill, and a fruited sour will be releasing.

 

Ah, then you should have no issues. Pavement and BtS are regulars

 

Apologies if this is a naive question but how do you know about next week's release? I looked at the regular sources and maybe just missed the info? Thanks in advance.

 

I saw it right on their website. On mobile I just scrolled down and it had the can releases up until next tuesday.

Do you think they will last until Sunday? I had something come up and went be able to go on Saturday. Also, alchemist is closed on sunday, are there any stores in the area that would have a good chance of having heady/focal available?

 

When I was up in September, Foam had a ton of cakes carrying over from prior days. Or sure if that is still the case or not but September should have been way more tourist affected than this week.

 

I went to Foam at open last Saturday and the cans from Friday were still available. The Shining did run out while we were there, though.

 

I'm going this Friday for the release. Any guesses if it is going to be a shitshow because everyone is out beer hunting that day?

 

I'm visiting later this month but I'm a little confused about the growler policy on their website. It says "brown glass only". Does that mean they don't fill metal growlers or is that just referring to clear glass growlers?

 

Odds of there still being cans this Saturday evening with the New Years crowd? Hoping to get there around 6 after skiing

 

Was just there and they had 6 different options to go (the most I’ve ever scene ) so looking good

 

I got full cases of four different IPA's the day after Christmas, so I'd guess odds are probably pretty good.

I'd recommend another 20 minutes south to Fiddlehead, too, for 12 oz cans of Mastermind - it's tasting mighty fine.

 

I went last Sunday late afternoon and they still had all 4 types from the Saturday release. In fact I’m about to drink some!!!
