Anyone score Green Dot bottles? How are the bottles? On draft, I thought it was fantastic. So disappointed, I couldn't make it this weekend to grab a few.

Do you get much cinnamon from Imperial Teen?

eh, i get a little bit on the nose, hardly any in the flavor. i mostly get layers of coffee and chocolate for flavor. i was hoping the cinnamon was more pronounced tbh.

If you don't mind me asking, how much is a 750? Similar to other growler fill prices at Foam?

Got to try Pavement and Built to Spill recently. Both were outstanding. Pavement is probably top 5 in style for me. Can't wait to try more.

Imperial Teen is a work of art. I went in with the mindset that I'd only fill 2 growlers and left with 4. About to try Clockwork next.

Place is amazing. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. If they had food and something for the kids to do I would have stayed longer

Purple dot is unreal. It's more sour than their other releases but that's not really a criticism. It's like green strawberry jam with black pepper.

These guys are making magic in a bottle. CAnt wait to see what red dot is all about

Had Red Dot on tap. Super dry, super cherry. Makes your mouth water.

Did my first trip to Foam (and Burlington, which is fun as a long time phish fan) today. Great space, great beer, super friendly staff. Tap list was a bit light after 2 of the 3 IPAs were kicked, but still couldn't complain. Got a glass & growler of joy division, and a glass of the Kasuma Dot. Never had a beer quite like it, and totally loved it. Not sure next time I'm getting back up here, but will definitely come back here when I'm back next

Anyone been to any of the Dot releases at Foam? Headed up to Montreal on Saturday and thinking of making a stop in Burlington for the new Pink Dot release. Trying to figure out what kind of crowd they draw up there for the releases.

I went to Purple Dot release, easy in, few dots on tap, plenty of seating.

Popped in a few times this weekend while we were visiting snowy VT.

Black Dot was the standout for me...but the Dot series has been my favorite beers in recent times. I'd put it right up there with Orange Dot as my favorite. The dark fruits were there in full force but it was still super dry. Amazing what the super dry base of Dot does to the dark fruits from Black and Purple. I don't understand how these beers can be so damn tart but still so crushable. It's like Fou Foune, where the tartness is so unexpected and powerful. You're sitting and sipping, perplexed, picking up all these beautiful flavors underneath the sour base, and then the bottle has somehow dissapeared, and you know there's still more flavors to discover. I want to donate barrels to Todd to get more of these beers.

Built to Spill was as good as always. Maybe my favorite DIPA of theirs.

Galaxy 500. I don't think I've ever had a beer with as much galaxy punch as this. Seems like when it was brewing they asked if it could be done, but nobody ever asked if it SHOULD be done. Straight, fucking, juice. Just pineapple for weeks. Soft as soft can be. I suppose I prefer my galaxy beers to be cut with something sharp like Congress St. with columbus. Still a really awesome experience, and glad I was able to try it. Still grabbed a 750 of it to give it a second whirl on a clean palette. Really bizarre how a beer with so much hops could have no bite.

Sleepy Time was another standout for me. Not terribly familiar with the style, but up front it hits you like a big belgian would. A bit medicinal and sweet up front. Was a bit bummed at the sweetness, but it dissipates on the finish opening up some herbal tea notes and lemon and honey. Really nice. Would love to see what a wine or maybe whiskey barrel would do this.

It might be just me, I don't think anyone's mentioned it, but I thought their Pilsner was excellent.
