    WANT THAT SEURAT DOT!

    (sounds awesome, by the way)

House of Fermentology Seurat Dot is a Golden Sour fermented and aged in Chardonnay wine barrels with passion fruit and lemon peel. Named after Georges Seurat, a French post-impressionist painter that created the pointillism technique of painting. Pointillism uses only small dots of pure color to compose an entire painting. We are releasing bottles of Seurat Dot tomorrow, June 10th, at 11:00 AM.

It's delicious! Was fortunate enough to get two bottles and try Crushed Dot, amazing stuff!

Moved to the area last week and finally had an opportunity to stop by this afternoon. I only had a couple sips of the wife's Maxxo while having the Kubrick. We both really enjoyed Waterloo Sunset and Quasi.

We'll definitely be making that a frequent stop.

Spent 24 hrs in Burlington this week -- went back to favorite spots. Foam continues to impress -- having Big Nothing DIPA tonight -- big boozy ripe candied grapefruit comes to mind as I sip it. Cannot recommend this place enough. Wow.

I go for their sours, and there were 4 yesterday that were all stellar - especially Orange Dot, and the watermelon gose.

I had both the Orange Dot and the Watermelon Gose yesterday and both were delicious. Came home with a 750 of the Gose and 2 bottles of Seurat Dot. Pretty awesome trip downtown.

Foam is absolutely killing it right now , Just came back from a VT trip and went there like three times haha. Had the Jet Set, Eternal Sunshine, and Watermelon gose, all were phenomenal - hope these guys can start canning soon!

Caught a sneak peak of what the can will look like for Pavement as they were going over the design. Nothing overly fancy. Glass of beer with pavement written in the head (foam) of the beer. Photo bucket not working to post pic.

Got my paws on a growler of Lupi Fresh. For me it hit the sweet spot on the spectrum between piney/bitter and the (super popular) hugely-hopped-hazy-fruit-forward style. Just nailed it. Peach, pine, pith and crackery malt. A real joy to drink. Cheers to you all for the recommendation!

ONE CASE limits...dang. Love the label as well. Hoping it lasts through the weekend, as this weekend doesn't look to be the best for hiking. I also haven't had Built to Spill, so this would be doubly awesome to get a hold of.
