Mine got stuck on the "Confirm Booking" screen after I inputted all info. Checked the inbox and had the purchase confirmation. If you're in the same boat, be sure to check inbox.

 

Screen won't even refresh over here.

 

Same boat, said they couldn't confirm my booking, but I received a confirmation with my ticket in my inbox

 

They told me my email was in use after I registered. Despite logging me in under that email. Didn't actually affect anything that I could tell.

 

I've never seen anything like this. This Universe website is just beyond bad. Can't even get to the homepage now

 

I got the whoops couldn't go through error twice so I sent it I'm again and now I have 3 emails saying I'm paying for 3 tcikets each. Who can I contact? I only wanted one set of three but it kept erroring.

 

Intially I panicked because I spaced out at 10 but it seems like I didnt miss anything

 

keeps telling me there was an error while creating my booking

 

I gotta leave for work. I'll buy 1 or 2 tickets off someone if they have extras! That website sucks!

Actually, you missed the best part, where everyone was quietly sitting in front of their monitors, raging, potentially googling the issue, checking here on BA, checking FB, etc.

Getting tickets to a beer event is really about the journey, not the destination.

 

Be sure you are checking your inbox if you are getting the trouble creating your booking error. I now have 3 separate emails on my booking - looks like they've charged me three times!

 

They're transferable - I need 3 tix and am stuck on the screen forever - as is my husband. I'll buy yours

 

If anyone doesn't want to cancel their extras, I'll grab a few tickets. I can't even get through to the page anymore and I had four in my cart at one point when I tried to create an account. That process seemingly screwed everything up.

 

Is everyone putting their own name and email into all of the ticket inputs?

 

I'll see if they actually keep this charge and these tickets. I don't know what's going to happen currently. I'm afraid they may cancel both on me.

Since they're transferable, I would imagine it doesn't matter. I put mine in one, and my girlfriend's in the other, but I think that's just so that they get their own email/confirmation.

 

Got through and had to confirm my email now still trouble processing payment .... WTF
