Just got mine... Wasn't worried at all

 

Charged for one ticket. Easy ticket to get. Randomly hit refresh and it went right through the process.

 

Ordering screen now says tickets sold out for each session. Perhaps as this mess gets fixed some will be "returned" and become available later.

 

FT: 2 Tickets for Longstitch/Linkstitch Bookbinding class in Toronto; ISO The 2 FoBAB tickets I actually ordered.

 

just bought a ticket 30 seconds ago.

 

Finally the dashboard on universe say I got my 2 tix and that they are paid, but no email. Think Im good.

 

Suddenly I was able to buy one easy as pie

 

Maybe they meant to say they went on sale at 10 am MTN

 

Yes, screen came up to buy tickets. Put my CC info in, now in limbo waiting for it to be accepted.

This Universe website is apparently owned by TicketMaster. You would think it would function properly.

 

I'm not getting any 'sold out' messaging for anything yet. Full charge is pending on my account. No email but I have a PDF of my ticket. Keep trying, I think?

 

Got my tickets, no email though

 

i got my confirmation pop up on the browser that i got my ticket. my universe account showed nothing though. i check my ban statement a few minutes later and the amount showed up in there. 20 minutes later, i got my email.

 

CC info won't go through. Tried refresh with same issue.
Out of curiosity, anyone try to contact Universe with their issues?

 

I think fobab broke American Express. Had to refresh a few times to check if tix had been charged (they had - but still no email from them) and then tried to look again and and can't get in again.....

 

Same. I double check on the universe website and its in "my tickets" so i think im good. Depending on when my free voulnteer session is I may have a ticket to swap on saturday night.

When purchasing multiple tickets were you supposed to put your name for all of them or the name of the people who will be using them?

 

Seeing as GA tickets are transferable, it likely will not matter whose names are on them.

 

Persistence pays off. Finally got 2 tix. CC charged and confirmed by bank. No confirmation email yet, but I'm confident.
