I scanned the forums and did some searches but didn't turn up anything for this year's FOCOCO. i recently took a trip to SoCal and had some on tap at Bottle Logic aaannnddd... i'm in love. they were sold out at BL and at a few bottle shops in the vicinity. has anyone completed any trades for FOCOCO?
I havent seen any trades for it yet, and I do have a bottle. Issue I have with trading it is the beer is likely much better than its 'trade value' given BL almost never trades for much. Its an awesome coconut beer, probably just as good (or better) as a coconut beer from an ultra hype brewery.
I landed 2 of them this year and letting them go for what i got them for. Nothing crazy and i don't expect getting more than what i pay. @Beer_Economicus can prolly remember what we traded for it last year and this recent release . I should add that i havenever tried it but i dont care for coconut.
Much love. Unfortunately, i am not much help. I will say that our trades are a bit loosey goosey, So I am not sure what it would come out to. I just try to send you any beer I can land that you’ll like, and I don’t keep track of it much from a per-bottle perspective. The only one I can say that I remember the “trade value” of was Somniphobia, our first, and I seem to recall agreeing to something in the “$90~value” range. I seem to recall doing quantity over quality at that time. I think I am still doing that.
@2_Beardz idk if you've tried Space Trace but it's also a coconut stout from BL only difference is instead of vanilla they add cocoa nibs and much easier to get than fococo.
